TERM OF SERVICE
AGREEMENTBy commissioning a project, you accept these Terms and Conditions that govern the relationship between Client and Provider.
These terms apply from the moment the quotation is confirmed or an advance payment is made.
SERVICE SCOPEI do:
Modeling: Assets / Characters / Environments
Characters: Game Engine / VR / Roblox
Machinery / Vehicles
Models for printing / optimization (STL)
Models optimized for websites (WEBGL / GLTF / GLB)
Rigging / Facial Rigging / Full Rig
Texturing
Standard Animation
Render / Lights / Composition
Sensational expressions (violence / NSFW)
I don't do:
Hyperrealism
VFX / Particles
Pure sculpting
Offensive / discriminatory content
Malicious works
Political / religious promotion
COMMISSION PROCESSThe client can request commissions in 3 different ways: Instagram DM / Email / Form- If you contact me by email, in the Subject write the word "Commission" followed by the title you consider appropriate.
Describe the project to be carried out.
I make the quotation and set the production date.
Client pays 50% of the total cost to start the project.
During the project, I will deliver progress via Trello (for feedback) or, if not possible, through the medium in which I was contacted.
I make up to 3 minor changes (if the client requires a major change, it will be considered a new order).
Complete the final payment before the agreed date.
Final delivery, definitive file released.
PRICES PAYMENTS AND PLATFORMS
Prices are in USD.
Quotation valid for the agreed date, changes in scope imply a new quotation.
Payment is required before delivering the final files.
Main platform PayPal, otherwise bank transfer.
Refund only applicable if the project has not started, or if the agreed date is exceeded without prior notice.
DEADLINES AND URGENCIES
Standard deadline, agreed at the beginning according to complexity.
Client dependency: delays due to lack of references or feedback extend the deadline.
Urgent work: surcharge for accelerated delivery.
Priority: Projects with full payment or larger advance may have priority.
Events beyond control: delays due to force majeure exempt responsibility for deadlines.
PROPERTY RIGHTS AND CONFIDENTIALITY
Creator's right: I can show the work in portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Work showcase: permission to use images in portfolio, social networks and promotional material unless NDA (Confidentiality Agreement).
Client material: the client guarantees ownership of rights over the materials provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND APPLICABLE LAW
I reserve the right to refuse commissions.
The client must deliver references and content in the agreed time and format.
The client responds within reasonable timeframes to avoid project delays.
Compatibility guarantees: I do not guarantee compatibility with systems NOT specified unless agreed.
Terminations: conditions to terminate the contract due to breach.
REVISIONS AND ADDITIONAL WORK
Up to 3 rounds of minor changes at no cost.
Changes outside of scope: quoted separately and may be considered a new commission.
Fees for modifications after final delivery.
Source files if applicable, delivered if agreed.
